Herpa 744041. Assembled plastic kit. 1/87 scale. New in box.
Production of the ZIL-164 began in October 1957. At the same time, the production of the predecessor ZIS-150, from which the truck was also developed, was discontinued. The new engine differed from the previously installed make primarily in the revised light-alloy cylinder heads. This allowed for a small increase in power by increasing the compression ratio.

     These models are comparable to the 1/87 scale Roco / Herpa Minitanks. They are the same size/scale.
