Trident Miniatures

    As the only Authorized Dealer in the United States, Small Scale Hobbies is proud to carry the excellent models from Trident Miniatures.

    In 1966 Trident started the production of waterline ships in 1:1250th scale. The popularity of this series and its recognition from the collectors encouraged Trident to start with white metal kits of vehicles and tanks in 1/87, H0 scale, the aim being the production of models that are not produced by other manufacturers.

    The next step was made in 1989, when Trident brought out their first plastic H0 scale models on the market. The main goal of Trident will remain to provide the collector with accurate replicas of the original thing, thanks to extensive studies of photographic materials and - if possible - original blueprints.

    Figures and decals are not included in the model kits unless otherwise mentioned.

    2021 the company was taken over by Günter Ctortnik.
