These decals are all printed in white on a light blue paper.
The black and blue colors in the pics are there to make it easier to see what the details look like.

These sets are nicely done and work very well - but none of them come with any directions! Most of the Vietnam ones appear suited to M113 APCs but without an directions hard to tell. Also most of the bumper codes are for trucks with transportation units and a few guntrucks.
The black set is good for both modern wars as well as for the few vehicles that used the MASSTER scheme in Europe in the mid 1970s before MERDC came into use. Again, no directions are included.

The only issue I have with these decals, which would be the same with any white decals, is that they are incredibly hard to see until they're on the model. This makes them a challenge to select (on my first try, with two identical tank models, I cut out the same serial number for each vehicle. Since they are being displayed side by side, it would have been obvious, so basically I wasted one set of serial numbers), and also to manipulate onto the model. But they are a well made product and, most importantly, easy to handle when wet. If you need Vietnam era US Army decals in 1/87 scale, these are a great option at a reasonable price.
