British WWII, Chevy 30cwt Supply Truck. With long wheel base and flat bed.

Arsenal-M 116200111. Unassembled, unpainted resin kit. 1/87 scale.

The "Chevy 30 CWT" as known universally is instantaneously identified to the LRDG truck, the heavy element of a pair that formed the core of the motorized Long Range Desert Patrol, with the Willys Jeep. But its origins are not that well known. This standardized light truck was indeed only produced in Canada under license, as part of the larger CMP family ("Canadian Military Pattern").

The Chevy 30 CWT trucks were used by the LRDG in North Africa During WWII. (see stock number 116200101)

Assembly required. This item is an unassembled and unpainted Resin kit. Instructions included. The factory photos may show it as a fully assembled and painted model.  Paint, glue, and decals are not included but can be purchased separately.

    These models are comparable to the 1/87 scale Roco / Herpa Minitanks. They are the same size/scale.
