Russian WWII, SU-85 Self Propelled Tank Destroyer.
AMA Models 499, Plastic 1/87 Finished Model.
The SU-85 was a Soviet self-propelled gun used during World War II, based on the chassis of the T-34 medium tank. Earlier Soviet self-propelled guns were meant to serve as either assault guns, such as the SU-122, or as tank destroyers; the SU-85 fell into the latter category. One of the things that the SU-85 differed slightly from the SU-85M model was that the SU-85M had a commanders copula similar to the SU-100.
Complete, combat ready, fully assembled and painted model in 1/87 Scale. These are assembled and hand painted so each vehicle may have some slight differences in detailing (or painting) than the one pictured. New in box. Plastic model.
These models are comparable to the 1/87 scale Roco / Herpa Minitanks. They are the same size/scale.
These are for the serious collector / war gamer. These are not children’s toys!
